Community Surveys
From July 15-November 15 each year the coalition will be working to collect community surveys. Our goal is to reach 100+. This will be an annual survey to record community perception on issues surrounding the health of the Soap Lake Community, with a particular emphasis on substance misuse among our youth. You can help in a few ways:

Share the link with local friends/contacts (Remember, we are going for local data)
Invite us to your local organization or events to administer the survey
Results of this survey will be shared publicly and annually at the end of November or early December.
(Note: we are working to have a Spanish translation link made available. As soon as that is live we will provide that link as well. Also, hard copies in English, Spanish, and Russian are available upon request.)
