WE NEED TO UPDATE OUR SYSTEM.

We have determined that the issue is not related to the software or camera system. The problem has been identified as a Wi-Fi connectivity issue. We will be working with the Senior Center and the Community Center to address the issue and evaluate potential upgrades to improve reliability.

Please keep in mind that this is a new service being offered to the public. An ability to watch City Council meetings from the comforts of your home that was not available in the past. We all have busy lives, and not all can, or have the ability to attend. Our goal is to ensure it operates effectively, and we are committed to making the necessary improvements to better serve our city.
